Ladipo Academy grew out of a small course we ran for our own team. When we opened it publicly, we quickly learned that senior, honest teaching was a small category — and we've stayed there on purpose ever since.
We've chosen to grow slowly: only launching new courses when a working senior practitioner is ready to teach one, and only opening cohorts we can staff properly.

Small on purpose
We cap every live cohort at 40 students. Our library grows two or three courses a year, not twenty.
Senior teachers only
Every instructor is a working practitioner with 5+ years in the discipline they teach.

Built in Lagos and Nairobi. Every course example is pulled from real African companies.
